What Is A Grip Shirt?
Our grip shirts are just like normal t-shirts - but the upper back features sticky patterns elevated off the fabric of the shirt.
These patterns are what create the grippy feeling, and help you stay secure during rep work and singles alike.
Unlike some of the more popular powerlifting grip shirts on the market, these are not overly sticky - you aren’t going to feel uncomfortable moving around in these.

What Are Powerlifting Grip Shirts Used For?
Like we said earlier - these are used for any exercise where your upper back needs to be secure - whether it’s to the bench or to a barbell.
These are obviously great for singles, but where they really shine is on rep work. The more reps you do, the more your form will degrade.
As you lose tightness, you’ll lose that security to the bench or bar. Let’s take a look at a few specific instances in which our powerlifting grip shirts shine through.
Grip Shirts For Squats
One of the toughest parts about low bar squatting is keeping the bar secure in your shelf without snapping your wrists. Even with wrist wraps, it can be tough to keep the barbell secure on your rear delt shelf.
This leads to the bar starting to slip down, and as you lose your shelf, you’ll lose tightness throughout your upper back - leading to poor technique and poor reps.
